Zesty Watermelon Fries With Coconut Lime Sauce
These zesty watermelon fries dipped in coconut lime sauce are gluten free, vegan, and healthy- making them the perfect refreshing summer snack!
If you’ve been following my pregnancy journey on Instagram, then you know I can’t get enough fruit and spicy foods right now! Although being pregnant in the middle of the Arizona summer heat has not been ideal, I’m loving all the summer fruit I’m able to get.
Every time we go grocery shopping we buy two watermelons at a time since it doesn’t last long in our house. Since I’ve been craving sweet, spicy, and salty I decided to mix all those flavors into one snack, and it didn’t disappoint!
With only a few simple ingredients, this recipe takes watermelon to the next level- adding the perfect amount of sweet and tangy!
This is more of a method rather than a recipe, so feel free to adjust the measurements to your liking.
* This brand is my favorite coconut yogurt!
Enjoy!
