How to store leftover homemade bagel dogs:
Anything made with puff pastry should actually be store on the counter in a sealed container, since puff pastry soils faster in the fridge once cooked. However, since we are using hotdogs in this recipe, this appetizer needs to be stored in the fridge.
I find the best way to do this is to store the homemade everything bagel dogs in a sealed, glass container in the coldest part of the fridge. Homemade bagel dogs have a max fridge shelf-life of two days, so be sure and eat these up quickly. Not that you’ll need too though, as they will go fast!
What are you looking forward to this summer? Can you believe we officially half-way the season? It seems like each season approaches faster and faster these days.
Wherever you are in the world, I hope you enjoy making homemade everything bagel dogs and enjoy dining out alfresco with your friends and family! Good things are ahead, I can feel it.
