  • 1 tbsp Granulated Sugar
  • 1 1/2 tsp Cornstarch
  • 7 1/2 oz Refrigerated Pie Crust, Unprepared
  • 1 tsp Confectioners Powdered Sugar

1. Preheat the oven to 375°F. Line a sheet pan with parchment paper.
2. In a small saucepan, mash the raspberries with a fork. Stir in the gran- ulated sugar and cornstarch. Bring to a boil over medium heat; cook until thickened, 2 to 4 minutes. Remove from heat and cool slightly.
