I love my airfryer. I live in a small apartment, and I could not wish for anything more useful - it takes up little space, the apartment does not smell of oil, and while the vegetables are frying and the lunch/dinner is being cooked, I even have time to clean the whole flat. Although I chose these vegetables, which you can see in the pictures or in the recipe, you can actually make anything with this equipment, you will surely find some good recipes on the internet for how and how long to cook your vegetables or just rely on your instincts.

  • 1 beetroot
  • 1 zucchini
  • 2 pak choi
  • green beans
  • 2 potatoes
  • 10 cherry tomatoes
  • 1 sweet potato
  • 1 carrot
  • 6 mushrooms
  • salt and pepper
  • smoked paprika
  • garlic powder
  • olive oil

First, cut your veggies into different shapes.
Season all the veggies with salt and pepper, smoked paprika and garlic powder. I like to add a little bit of olive oil as well but you can leave it out for making this whole dish oil-free.
Preheat your airfryer to 200C. Bake the beetroots for 30 minutes, the potatoes, sweet potato and carrot for 25 minutes, the onion, cherry tomatoes and green beans for 17 minutes, the mushrooms for 10 minutes and the pak choi for 5 minutes,
Serve with some sauce or sauces to your liking.
