The perfect sweet treat for those cold winter days is homemade peanut butter snowballs.

Warning, though….they are addictive!!! 😉

You just need four ingredients to make these yummy sweet treats

  • 1 lb. white chocolate chips
  • 1/2 c. creamy peanut butter
  • 1 c. confectioners sugar
  • 3 tbsp butter softened

In a medium size bowl, combine the peanut butter, sugar, and butter and mix well.

Shape the mixture into about 1″ balls and place on parchment paper lined cookie sheet.

Chill in the refrigerator for 30 minutes or until firm.

Melt the chocolate in the microwave until smooth.

It depends on your microwave, but mine took about 3 minutes, stirring halfway in between.

Dip the balls one at a time into the chocolate mixture, being careful to coat completely.

Transfer with a fork or spoon to parchment lined cookie sheet and allow to harden.

    Haven’t made these in years! Not sure why since they were always a favorite. Will make for Valentine’s Day for someone special who loves peanut butter!! Recipe is exactly as I remember it. So delicious! Thanks for a timely reminder.
