These 5 Ingredient Oatmeal Raisin Breakfast Cookies are quick and easy to make! If you are pressed for time on most mornings like I am, whip up a big batch of these on a weekend and freeze them. Then just pop them in the microwave for a few seconds and they taste like they were freshly baked! Of course, these oatmeal raisin breakfast cookies aren’t just for breakfast. I love grabbing these as a mid-day snack or a snack for the kids when I pick them up from school! You can use any vanilla protein powder, but I LOVE Simply Tera’s Vanilla Bourbon Protein Powder.
