Snow Ball Cookie Recipe
This recipes is super versatile. It can be used for many different holidays. For Christmas they make the best holiday cookie. For Easter A cute Bunny Tail recipe.
Step 1:
Mix butter, sugar and vanilla together. After its mixed well. Blend in flour, salt and stir in nuts. Make sure the dough forms a nice consistency to create balls. If its too mushy add more flour.
Step 2:
Create a ball about two tablespoons of dough add them to a greased cookie sheet about 2 inches apart. Cook for 10 minutes and take out to cool before you coat them with powder. Make sure you don't over bake them in the oven or they will crack and break apart.
Step 3:
Coat the balls with powdered sugar. Use a mini sifter filled with 1 cup of powder sugar. These mini sifters are very handy and perfect for dusting cookies. Don't over do it with the powder sugar.
These cookies can make great gift idea for the holiday season. You can add them in a jar or tins. For a great additional serve them for dessert with whip cream.
