A soft, cakey cookie

Who doesn't love a good banana bread? But let's face it, sometimes we need a little something different and these banana cookies are exactly what you need! They are soft, cakey and absolutely delicious. Filled with chocolate goodness, nobody can resist these cookies. They are so easy to make and would make the perfect family activity!

Ingredients in chocolate chip banana cookies

You will need 2 ripe bananas.

Use baking soda, flour and corn flour.

You will need melted butter (I have not tried subbing for anything else) and sugar. Use brown or coconut sugar and regular granulated sugar.

I've added Happy Way's vanilla protein powder but this is totally optional!

You will also need any chocolate chips of your choice. I just used a dark chocolate bar and cut them into big chunks.

not many people have corn flour on hand, so can regular white flour be used instead, and have you ever tried making these in an air fryer instead of a regular over, as mine has died, and if so, at what temperature and time, these look delcious
