Okay you guys, can we just talk about these brownies for the next few minutes, please, pretty please!!!

Yes I love to bake but I love it even more when I get to skip some of the hard work. This week just so happens to be my kid's Spring Break and although I was not able to take off a whole week with them, I am able to spend the whole day with them today and tomorrow.

So when this mama is not stressed and finds time to bake or cook for kicks, guess what, I'm baking or cooking for my family!

We've actually been meaning to make these brownies since last month but we hadn't found the time and slowly forgot about them.

Except this week we had tons of Reese's Peanut Butter cups easter eggs left over because we look forward to these all year long, and yes we bought a couple of bags of them! But of course as they sit around we all tend to grab one or two a day and well that was starting to get torturus for me personally, therefore today having found the time to bake these brownies, I thought, why not! Let me just chop down each of these peanut butter chocolate eggs and top these brownies .... best decision EVER!!!

Now let me just tell how easy these are to make.

It all starts with a box of Double Chocolate Brownie Mix by Ghirardelli, follow the instructions on the mix, after you've completed all the steps, pour it in your baking pan. You can then chop up your favorite peanut butter chocolate candy and just simply top it off and throw it in the oven, follow box mix heating and baking time instructions.

And that's all... that's how easy these are!

Pour yourself a glass of milk and you've got this covered.

These were all the sweetness we were anticipating this whole time and totally worth the wait. We're chocolate lovers around here so it'll surprise me if these last longer than two days!

Enjoy!
