Applesauce Cinnamon Brownies

These brownies are so moist and as they sit they get even more moist the next day. The next day they were incredible. These are not a dense brownie they are more of a cake like brownie. With the additional chocolate chips on top it just makes them even more delicious. I think next time I will try a mix of peanut butter and chocolate chips. These are easy to make too. First you sift your dry ingredients together, then mix the margarine and sugar until creamy. Add everything else together. Beat well. Pour into a greased nine by thirteen inch pan. Sprinkle with chocolate chips, you can also add some nuts.

Using the applesauce makes these extra moist. I served the pieces with some homemade whipped cram on top and a little bit of caramel sauce. Very tasty!

With the addition of the applesauce they could almost be considered healthy.

They even looked moist when they first came out of the oven. You can see here that they look more like a cake. it thought they may flatten a bit but they did not.

Creaming everything together before adding in the dry ingredients.

Love the addition of the cinnamon. It just adds that something!

Adding in the chocolate.

Adding in the applesauce.

Before adding the chocolate chips to the top.

They are so good and moist.

You can see how moist in the picture and how thick.
