A decadent twist on Rice Krispies Treats for those days when you don’t have access to a campfire.

Homemade Rice Krispies with a summertime twist are full of the traditional S’mores flavors – marshmallows, buttery graham crackers, and sweet chocolate, and then to top it off, they’re covered in gooey marshmallow fluff that gets lightly toasted for that classic S’mores taste.

One of the great disappointments of my life is that I can’t just walk around eating S’mores all day every day. But these S’mores Rice Krispies Treats are the next best thing.

These were inspired by a recent trip to the mall with my sister-in-law. We stopped in to a candy store to buy some treats for my nephews, and I came across these massive Rice Krispies treats with crazy flavors, one of which was S’mores.

Looking at them I knew that I could make them better by making them myself, and I got to work the very next day to bring you these.

If you’re anything like me, you’ll love these treats, and also Cookie Butter Rice Krispies, or S’mores Cookies. Make them all and see which one is the best!

Once coated, add the crushed graham crackers and chopped chocolate and stir to combine.
Press the treats into a 9x9 baking dish that's been lined with parchment paper and sprayed with non-stick spray. Let them cool completely.
Once cooled, spread the marshmallow fluff over the top of the treats, and carefully use a kitchen blow torch to toast the marshmallow fluff to your desired doneness.
