Ingredients

  • 2 Cups Mini Marshmallows
  • 1 12-Ounce Bag Vibrant Green Candy Melts
  • ½ Cup Almond Slivers
  • 1 Tablespoon Coconut Oil
  • Large Red Heart Sprinkles
Instructions

Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Place the candy melts in a medium, microwave-safe bowl and microwave them on high for 3 minutes or until smooth and creamy. Stir every 30 seconds during the cooking process so you don’t burn the candy melts.
Add the coconut oil to the mixture and stir until combined.
Add the marshmallows and almonds. Stir until they’re fully coated.
Spoon onto the prepared baking sheet in heaping, big spoonfuls.
Immediately top each cookie with a red heart sprinkle.
Place in the fridge to chill for about 10 minutes or until hardened. Enjoy!

Living in Australia, I've never heard of - or seen - Vibrant Green Candy Melts?

Would there be anything else that can be substituted?

You can use white with green food coloring.

  • Maybe we could use green with a dab of yellow. That should give us that crazy green. Worth a try.
