Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup milk (non dairy works)
  • 2 tablespoons white or apple cider vinegar
  • 1 cup all purpose flour
  • 3 tbsp sugar
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tbsp melted butter
Instructions

Mix your milk and the white vinegar, and set aside.
Mix the dry ingredients together, minus the sprinkles.
Whisk in the add, milk, and melted butter.
Heat 2 tbsp of butter on medium heat.
Gently fold in the sprinkles so the color doesn't spread through the batter (you could also opt to just top them while the pancakes are in the pan).
Pour the batter into the pan and cook until you see little bubbles.
Flip and cook for another 1-2 minutes.
