Are these gluten free muffins?

This recipe as written is not gluten free. You can substitute in gluten free flour and gluten free oats. The other ingredients should be naturally gluten free so the only ones you really need to swap out or keep an eye on are the oats and the flour.

It can be tough to find a whole wheat gluten free flour so feel free to swap out a general baking blend so you don’t have to worry too hard about finding something that will work for your gluten free muffins.
