Easy Breakfast Cake
Do you like breakfast bread and cake? You can adjust this easy recipe to create many loaves of bread or cake to suit your desires. You can see more of my crazy creations here
Ingredients needed
A box of cake mix of your choice
1 1/2 cups Plain Greek yogurt
1 cup of a mix in of your choice, and I’ll be using cranberries
Here are the instructions
Mix all the 3 ingredients together and place them in a greased bread pan or square baking dish.
Bake at 350 degrees for 30-45 minutes
Let cool and serve.
Other add-in possibilities...
Change up the cake mix to chocolate, spice, lemon, sprinkle, strawberry, etc.
Add in options include chocolate chips, berries, nuts, etc.
Use a flavored Greek yogurt
Add eggs, a little orange juice, wheat germ, etc for some added nutrition or flavor.
