Can we all agree that tacos can be eaten at any day? But there's really something special when eating it on a Tuesday, amiright?! It's even more special when you use ingredients that's healthy. Check out the recipe below as we make tacos with love using our favorite taco sauce!

For a healthier option, you can opt out the tortilla and switch it to romaine lettuce and eat it as lettuce wraps! Either or they both taste great!

I also added some avocadoes (which I am so happy that I got a perfect avocado for the first time!) and it's just oh soooo damn good! Lemme know when you make it and hopefully you give this sauce a try!

  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp pepper
  • 2 tbsp Good Food For Good Spicy Taco Sauce
  • 4 tortilla of your choice
For the dressing
  • 1 small bunch of chopped cilantro
  • juice of one lime

Preheat a skillet to 400F. Mix all the ingredients in a bowl except the taco sauce until the chicken is fully coated. Pan grill the chicken for about 10 to 15 minutes or until cooked. Mix the taco sauce and cook for another 5 minutes. Set aside.
While grilling the chicken, mix the dressing ingredients altogether in a small bowl. Set aside.
Warm the tortillas for about 2 minutes in a toaster oven (or you can heat it up in a pan). Arrange your tortillas and put some chicken on it, top with sliced avocadoes and drizzle with cilantro lime dressing. Enjoy!
