Chicken Caesar Avocado Wrap

This is a great lunch idea to prep ahead of time and eat throughout the week! If you want to serve multiple people and eat it all at once, I would recommend mixing the dressing with the salad mix but if you want to save it throughout the week, I would recommend keeping the dressing and salad mix separate.


I live in Florida so the hot weather is already here. This lunch lasted me the whole week and was very filling and nutritious!


This recipe is written for 4 servings but you can double that if needed to serve a larger group of people.

Start with a thin layer of mashed avocado over the whole wheat tortilla. Then place chicken on top

Ingredients
Chicken Caesar Avocado Wrap
  • 4 whole wheat tortillas
  • 1 avocado, mashed
  • 1 cup chopped cooked chicken
  • 1 salad mix of caesar salad
  • 1 caesar salad dressing packet (from salad mix)
Instructions
Chicken Caesar Avocado Wrap
On each whole wheat tortilla, spread an even layer of mashed avocado over the center line (about 1 tbsp)
Place desired amount of chicken over line of mashed avocado (see above photo for reference)
In a separate bowl, pour caesar salad mix in and mix evenly. If serving immediately, mix caesar dressing into mix as well. If not, pour caesar dressing over wrap directly before eating.
Use about 1 cup or 1 handful of salad mix per serving
