- ½ cup unsalted butter, room temperature
- ¾ cup sugar
- 2 large eggs, room temperature
- ¾ cup milk
- 6 Tablespoons lemon juice
- ½ teaspoon vanilla
- 1/8 cup poppy seeds
Glaze
- ¾ cups powdered sugar, sifted
- 5 teaspoons lemon juice
