Pumpkin Spice Protein Smoothie
Here comes recipe number 2 of 3 in the pumpkin spice trio this month. As a reminder, all 3 recipes are using one full can of pumpkin puree. This recipe is a *slightly* healthier pumpkin spice recipe.
Sometimes a giant breakfast doesn't sound good. Sometimes you just want a quick snack mid-day. Sometimes you want a drink that FEELS like it could be milkshake, but is generally better for you. I do add "sweetness" from maple syrup and dates. You can omit both of these.
I do not have a recommendation on protein powder - I like quite a few different varieties. I recommend trying a few to find your favorite. You can also feel free to omit the protein powder and just use the greek yogurt as your protein source in this as well if you would rather not use the powder.

Instructions
Smoothie
- Peel and dice apple
