This is the best creamy and fruity green smoothie! This mango spinach smoothie requires only 5 ingredients and 5 minutes. I use avocado (no banana here) for healthy fats, less sugar, and extra creamy goodness!

Smoothies are a flavorful and easy way to get a boost of nutrients into your day! And not to mention a great way to sneak in some greens for yourself or your kiddos. The mango in this smoothie covers up any spinach so you won't even know you're getting a full serving a veggies!

I love a smoothie for breakfast, or as part of my lunch. If I'm not sipping on this creamy green smoothie, you'll find me with my berry spinach smoothie or apple kiwi kale smoothie.

Reason to Love This Smoothie!

SIMPLE CLEAN INGREDIENTS - You only need 5 wholesome ingredients for this mango spinach smoothie.

DIETARY NEEDS - Dairy free, gluten free, and Paleo. High in protein, fiber, and healthy fats (from the avocado)!

LOW SUGAR - Because I use avocado as opposed to a banana, this creamy green smoothie has less sugar than most smoothies. I know it's only fruit, but there is such a thing as too much fruit too!

Enjoy!

Ingredients

  • ▢ 1 cup frozen mango
  • ▢ 1/2 an avocado
  • ▢ 1 cup packed spinach
  • ▢ 2 TBSP hemp seeds
  • ▢ 1 cup dairy-free milk
Instructions

Place all ingredients in a high-speed blender.
Blend on high until fully blended.
Pour in glass, sip, and enjoy!
Tips
  • I use almond milk as it provides some protein and helps with the creamy consistency, but any milk will work (dairy free or regular cow's milk if you're not dairy free).
  • If the smoothie is too thick for your liking you can add some additional milk.

Can I substitute sunflower seeds or ground nuts for the hemp seeds?

You could just omit the hemp seeds... I like to add them for protein and fats. That said, you can definitely add any ground nuts you'd like to increase the nutrients in the smoothie. I would add slowly and taste and adjust.
