During my clean-eating challenge, I started my days off with one of these…or some variation. They were delicious and refreshing, and worth sharing! If you’ve heard of “clean eating”, and assume it’s either a) something insanely boring, or b) some crazy cleaning solution diet 😆, then you must take a look at my IG feed and see how I can prove you wrong! I challenge you to save and try just one of these drinks this week and tell me what you think.

  • 1 C kefir or oat milk
  • 1/2 banana, frozen
  • 3/4 C Frozen mixed berries
  • Handful of spinach
  • 1 scoop collagen powder
  • 1 Tbs. beetroot powder
  • Splash of almond extract
  • Liquid stevia (if using kefir to counter the tartness)

Blend. Enjoy!
