This pink hot chocolate recipe is perfect for Valentine's Day! It's an easy and simple recipe to make with just three ingredients. You can also make it in a slow cooker for a party.

This is easy to make dairy free or sugar free/keto. You will need to use sugar free white chocolate chips for a keto friendly hot chocolate.

I used a natural pink food dye. You can use regular food coloring if you want to. You can also use strawberry powder or even real strawberries if you want a strawberry hot chocolate.

Top it with mini marshmallows, whipped cream, Valentine's Day sprinkles or even curled chocolate.

  • 2 cups milk
  • 4 ounces white chocolate chips
  • 2-4 drops red food coloring

In a medium saucepan, heat the milk, white chocolate chips, and food coloring over medium heat. Stir constantly until the chips are melted.
Pour into mugs and top with mini marshmallows or whipped cream.
To make it in a slow cooker, triple or quadruple the recipe. Cook on low for two hours, stirring every half hour. Then use the warm setting to serve.

Looks delicious! I might try adding strawberry syrup instead of food coloring. It would give it a different taste but would try it.
