How to make an easy caramel apple sangria recipe. This is a great drink for a fall party because you make it by the pitcher. It only has 4 ingredients plus the apple and pear for garnish.

This caramel apple sangria starts with apple cider, so it has a rich and complex flavor. Sometimes I also add cinnamon sticks, whole cloves, and star anise for more flavor.

I love this recipe because you can make it without the soda and let it sit for two to three hours. Then add the soda when you are ready to serve. This help the flavors meld together. Serve it in a sangria pitcher for a delicious fall cocktail recipe for a party.

I also have directions to make this non alcoholic in my how to make caramel apple sangria recipe post, so click over to read them.

Ingredients

  • 3 apples, diced
  • 1 pear, diced
  • 2 cups apple cider
  • ½ cup caramel vodka
  • ½ cup club soda
  • 1 bottle pinot grigio
Instructions

Wash and cut the apples and pear into 1 inch cubes. Place the fruit in a pitcher.
Add the liquid ingredients. If you're not serving it for several hours, don't add the club soda until you are ready to serve. Stir well.
Tips
  • Sparkling caramel apple sangria tastes best when it can sit. I highly recommend making it without the club soda and letting it sit in the fridge.
