I am a huge fan of margaritas. My go-to favorite is a classic margarita on the rocks (and don’t skip on the salted rim), but during the Spring and Summer, I like to switch things up and go with this refreshing frozen version. Today I am sharing a Frozen Blackberry-Lime margarita recipe that is tart and sweet and salty all at once.
And a fun bonus… it has a lime popsicle as a garnish. YUM!!
This syrup is easy to make and stores for a week in the refrigerator.
Outshine popsicles.
I can see these being served on the deck as the sun sets on a lovely summer day. Cheers to summer!
Until next time,
Libbie

Tips
- Don't forget to rim the glass with salt. It adds the perfect amount of salty to sweet.
- You can use any popsicle, but the lime popsicles are wonderful for dipping into the margarita!
