These ooey-gooey muffins have no eggs, flour, or dairy but it's loaded with a boost of antioxidants! Bonus: Each one is only 165 calories!
Banana Dark Chocolate Oatmeal Muffins

Ingredients
- 2 browning bananas
- 3 tbps lite maple syrup
- 2/3 + 1/4 cups of Oat Milk (or any milk of your choice)
- 1/2 cups of peanut butter
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 cups old fashioned oats
- 1/4 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp ground nutmeg
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/3 cup dark chocolate chips + more on top
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350F.
- In a large bowl, mash the two bananas with a potato masher (or tool of choice if you don't have one).
- Add in the remained of the ingredients and whisk together until well combined.
- Scoop your mixture into a muffin tin with 12 liners.
- Add a few chocolate chips on top and bake them for 25 - 30 minutes.
