36 Cookies
20 min
These inside out cookies were a long time coming. I made many batches (which my family and friends eagerly taste tested for me) in my quest to find the perfect balance of sweet, chocolaty, chewy, deliciousness. Finally, I've done it - and my family can have something other than these cookies for a treat! Soft, chewy, and with melted chocolate in the dough, these are literally a chocolate lover's dream cookie. Or pretty much anyone's dream cookie if we're being honest.
The cookies are very easy to make, and they use just simple ingredients. I can have a batch ready in under 30 minutes, which is perfect for when you just really, really, need a cookie. You can also freeze these cookies either as dough or as baked cookies. I usually opt for freezing baked cookies, and to be perfectly honest it is so that I only dirty my baking sheet once. They still taste great once they are thawed!
These cookies are now a staple in my cookie recipe collection. They make a perfect gift for someone, treat for the family, or to include as part of a cookie exchange!
