  • 4 large potatoes
  • 1/4 cup peas
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 2 oz cooked bacon
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 cup grated cheese
Instructions

Bake the potatoes on a baking tray lined with a piece of parchment paper in an already-heated oven at 400F for about 35 minutes.
Then, let them cool, cut them in half, and remove the flash inside a bowl.
Mash with the help of a fork and stir in the peas, cooked bacon, salt and pepper to taste, and dried oregano.
Mix until combined, and fill each potato shell with the mixture and top grated cheese.
