Garlic Green Beans

If you’re looking for a healthy side dish that packs a punch, these garlic green beans are it. Oven-roasted and made with simple ingredients not only makes this recipe easy but incredibly tasty too.

Important Recipe Tips

The most important tip I have for the recipe is patting dry the green beans. By doing this the beans become slightly crispy when baking instead of mushy.

I also add some garlic powder and onion powder to the olive oil mixture, this is so every little part of the dish gets a lot of flavor and not just the green beans that are close to the minced garlic.

Make sure you finish the dish with a final squeeze of lemon juice. This makes this healthy side dish fresh and perfect for warmer seasons.
