It's the holiday season, the time to great festive dishes, but full of flavor. You would love this recipe, it is tasty and takes no time to make, so you can spend less time in the kitchen and more time with your family.


This recipe has a few ingredients and is the perfect side fish for your holiday ham, or favorite chicken or meat dish. All the ingredients are in season, so grab the shopping list and let's cook together.


Here is what you need to make this delicious Holiday green beans;


1 lb of green beans

1/4 cup of greek feta cheese

2 garlic cloves

2 Tbsp of extra virgin olive oil

Handful of of crushed almonds and pumpkin seeds

Tuscan Rosemary Borsari seasoning salt

Look at the bright color of the green beans with the pomegranate seeds. Just so beautiful to eat.

The perfect crunchy topping: lightly toasted crushed almonds and pumpkin seeds.

The vibrant pop of red from the pomegranate seeds, is the special touch of tart and sweet to this dish.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb of green beans
  • 1/4 cup of greek feta cheese
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 2 Tbsp of extra virgin olive oil
  • Handful of of crushed almonds and pumpkin seeds
  • 2 Tbsp of pomegranate seeds
  • Tuscan Rosemary Borsari seasoning salt
Instructions

First blanch the green beans. In a pot with boiling water add the green beans and cook for 5 minutes. then quickly remove and place them in a bowl with ice cold water and ice cubes to stop the cooking.
Now, let's blistered the green beans. Drain and pad dry the green beans.
In a hot cast iron pan, drizzle the extra virgin olive oil and blister the green beans, add the garlic and seasoning salt, and sautee for 5 minutes.
Now, let's Dishplay it! In a large platter, place the green beans and top off with the toasted nuts, crumble feta cheese and the delicious pomegranate seeds.
