6 tortillas

I've been going to a Mexican restaurant nearby that makes the best handmade tortillas and it inspired me to try making my own! It actually takes very minimal ingredients. All tortillas require are: all purpose flour, salt, baking powder, vegetable oil, and some water. Super easy since you probably have all of these ingredients in your pantry. Luckily, they also don't require too much time. You can start in the afternoon and have them ready for your guests when they come over for dinner! Many store bought tortillas have lots of preservatives to keep them shelf stable. Skip all the unhealthy ingredients and make your own fresh tortillas!

I’m also confused on the steam. Maybe stream in the hot water? (As in add it slowly instead of a dump)? Only the dry ingredients are already mixed in step one. So that part makes sense.
