Quick Turkey Tenderloin Recipe

Turkey tenderloins are becoming a more popular cut these days. The thin cut of tender white meat is quick and easy to cook, similar to chicken tenderloins. I mean really fast! It also has more of a flavor than chicken breast tenders. This turkey tenderloin recipe is a great meat option for weeknight meals. Read on and try this quick turkey tenderloin dinner recipe.

These are all the ingredients you need to make this dinner quick recipe. The tenderloins usually come in packages of 1 pound (more or less).

Finely chop the fresh parsley, then add to bowl. Place turkey tenderloins in a bowl large enough to hold all the turkey tenderloins. Add the salt and pepper to the turkey tenderloin. Mix well.

Please turn on the skillet and let it heat up. Then add the olive oil to the skillet with the garlic—Cook for a few minutes.

Add the coated turkey tenderloin and cook for 7 minutes on one side and 7-10 minutes on the other or until done.

  • 1 tbsp of parsley fresh
