  • 1/4 cup almond flour
  • 2 tbsp almond butter
  • 1 tbsp date or maple syrup 
  • 2 tbsp dark chocolate chips
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil

Mix together the almond flour, almond butter and syrup into a bowl.
Transfer this mixture to any tray you have (can use a muffin tin for almond butter “cups”) and pack down the mixture.
Freeze for 15 minutes.
Melt together the dark chocolate and coconut oil.
Drizzle this over the frozen mixture and freeze again for about 10-15 minutes. Store in fridge.
