You know when you make a meal so good that you wish you could have it everyday! This is the one for me ❤

It's a savory mushroom stew made with a ton of hidden veggies and white wine, so you really can't go wrong here. It's so good, so delicious and so healthy. When I was a little girls, I didn't really like mushrooms that much and tried to avoid ordering anything that contained them, but now that I'm older and have a more diverse palate I've developed a liking for them. Now I enjoy mushrooms in all shapes and sizes. I really like oyster mushrooms and often use them as a replacement for chicken.

Do you like mushrooms and what's your favorite mushrooms based recipe?

Looks and sounds DE-Lish.... it's gonna take MORE than 5 minutes prep time to cut up all the veggies, unless they are already prepped though.

Thank you, it was great. Yes you can reduce the prep time by purchasing precut veggies. For me this was super quick but I know that chopping can take forever sometimes 😅
