Teach your kids to make these fun Halloween Snowman Snacks. They are great for a kid friendly Halloween party snack food or just to enjoy around the holiday season!

Holiday food is the best isn’t it? You know what’s even better about eating holiday food? Making it look fun! I told my kids I had a surprise for them when they got home from school and boy were they ecstatic! There is so much joy in seeing your kids light up over fun food. Better than that, it’s so much fun when you see THEM create something and light up over the final product. These Halloween snacks (Halloween Snowman) are fun to create, fun to eat and fun to look at. This is definitely a win win in my house!

Some of my fondest memories as a child was holiday baking. When I think of Christmas, I can’t think of anything better than hanging out in the kitchen with family baking cookies (or healthy edible Christmas trees!) with all the yummy smells that come with it!

What about Halloween? I feel like there are tons of other holiday traditions that involve food but none that revolve around Halloween (other than trick or treating).

I mean, why aren’t there more Halloween traditions? I know a lot of folks have mixed ideas about the holiday, but that doesn’t mean we can’t celebrate with fun kid food, right?

I’ve decided this holiday season that I’m going to do better about creating kid friendly FUN HALLOWEEN snacks!

This will be the first of hopefully a few fun Halloween food ideas.

These little Halloween snacks can be whipped up in a matter of minutes. They are great to take to parties and even better to eat.

I’ve talked in length on my other blog about how much fun it is to create Halloween crafts and Halloween food because it’s the only time of year that you can get away with using crazy colors, crazy themes and lots of silliness!

Now that you’ve seen HOW to make these yummy Halloween treats, let me share what you need.

I think the best part about this snack is that I can sit the ingredients in front of the kids and let them make them! This doesn’t require mom in the picture at all.

Wahoo, I can actually entertain my kids with something other than a screen, AND get dinner going. Y’all, you might be seeing more of these types of posts:) Can you tell I’m a big fan of keeping the kids busy WITHOUT a lot of effort.

See those cute Halloween candle holders? All the supplies are from the Dollar store.

Did y’all enjoy this post? I hope to be adding more recipes as we get closer and closer to the holidays!

Let me know in the comments below if you make these and how your kids enjoyed them.
