Cucumber, Mint and Yogurt Salad

Cucumber, yogurt, and mint salad is famous in the Middle East, Turkey and India. This salad is naturally low in carbs, making it perfect for a keto diet. The salad is easy and quick to make and is usually served as a side dish with main courses or BBQs. To make the salad, the following ingredients are needed:



  • Yogurt / Greek Yogurt
  • Cucumber peeled and diced
  • Pressed Garlic
  • Lemon Juice
  • Dried Mint
  • Salt
  • Olive Oil

Note:


  1. You can also use this salad as a dip for kofta.
  2. Don't forget to drizzle some olive oil on the salad before serving.


Add all the ingredients to one bowl.

Using a spatula combine all the ingredients.

  • 450 grams of peeled and diced cucumber ( about 5-6 cucumbers) 
  • 1 Clove of Garlic Minced 
  • 1 Tbsp of Lemon Juice 
  • ½ Tbsp of Salt 
  • 1 Tbsp Dried Mint
  • Olive Oil to Drizzle
