Cucumber, Mint and Yogurt Salad

Cucumber, yogurt, and mint salad is famous in the Middle East, Turkey and India. This salad is naturally low in carbs, making it perfect for a keto diet. The salad is easy and quick to make and is usually served as a side dish with main courses or BBQs. To make the salad, the following ingredients are needed:
- Yogurt / Greek Yogurt
- Cucumber peeled and diced
- Pressed Garlic
- Lemon Juice
- Dried Mint
- Salt
- Olive Oil

Note:
- You can also use this salad as a dip for kofta.
- Don't forget to drizzle some olive oil on the salad before serving.
Add all the ingredients to one bowl.
Using a spatula combine all the ingredients.

- 950 grams of Yogurt or Greek Yogurt
- 450 grams of peeled and diced cucumber ( about 5-6 cucumbers)
- 1 Clove of Garlic Minced
- 1 Tbsp of Lemon Juice
- ½ Tbsp of Salt
- 1 Tbsp Dried Mint
- Olive Oil to Drizzle
