Arrange the chicken drumsticks in a shallow baking dish making sure they are not touching each other.

Spoon the sauce that you made previously evenly over each chicken drumstick.

Ingredients
For the Sauce
  • 1/4 packed brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup low sodium soy sauce
  • 3 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tbsp minced garlic
  • 1/2 tsp ground ginger
  • 1 tbsp cornstarch
  • 1 tbsp chicken broth

  • 10 chicken drumsticks (skin on)
  • sesame seeds for garnish
  • 2 sprigs of green onion
Instructions
For the Sauce
In a small saucepan over medium/high heat whisk together 1/4 packed brown sugar, 1/4 cup low sodium soy sauce, 3 tbsp apple cider vinegar, 1 tbsp minced garlic and 1/2 tsp ground ginger.
In a separate small bowl whisk together 1 tbsp cornstarch and 1 tbsp chicken broth until the mixture is completely smooth and no lumps are remaining.
When the sauce has come to slow boil slowly whisk in the cornstarch mixture.
Continue to stir until the sauce has become nice and thick.
For the Chicken
Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
Arrange the chicken drumsticks in a shallow baking dish making sure they are not touching each other.
