Winner winner chicken dinner! This simple meal consists of Italian seasoned chicken with blistered tomatoes and salad. I usually opt for Greek seasoning on my chicken but decided to switch it up and use an Italian blend. This low carb meal is so simple but so good! Perfect post workout dinner and great as a meal prep option.
The vinaigrette in this recipe paired SO well with the chicken. I ended up just combining everything on my plate and eating this meal as a chicken salad. Will definitely make this again!
