- To help prevent small pieces of meat falling out of these mini burgers, make one giant burger patty in a large skillet or baking dish instead.
- This recipe can easily be turned into full-sized burgers instead of mini sliders.
- Put out some crispy bacon, crunchy lettuce, tomato, and a pickle slice or two, for those who would like to add a little extra to their slider.
- Store refrigerated leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
- Substitute the pound of ground beef for an equal amount of ground turkey.
- Use melted butter, instead of olive oil, to brush on the top half of the rolls.
- Sprinkle sesame seeds on the top buns.
- Try including worcestershire sauce, onion powder, and/or onion soup mix in your meat mixture.
- Turn these into BBQ sliders by mixing BBQ sauce into the cooked beef.
