Looking for a quick & easy way to make spiced pecans? I’d love to share my recipe for Kim’s Krunchies - Pumpkin Spice sugared pecans!

Today I would like to share how to make Pumpkin Spice Sugared pecans. I developed this recipe many years ago when I was writing my first cook booklet, Just Desserts Herbal of Course. The recipe only takes 4 ingredients and can be prepared in less than an hour.

Kim’s Krunchies are a gluten free treat! If you don’t have pecans, walnuts or almonds could be used instead.

Pumpkin pie spice can be found at the grocery store but you can also make your own by combining 1/2 teaspoon each of cinnamon and ground ginger and 1/8 teaspoon each of ground allspice and nutmeg.

I normally make these at the holidays. They are delicious eaten as a snack. They can also be used as a salad topping, added to yogurt or sprinkled on top of ice creams.

These spiced pecans would also make the perfect topping for the Pumpkin Spice No Bake Cheesecake pictured below!

The recipe can be found here: Pumpkin Spice No Bake Cheesecake

These spiced pecans would make a great gift! After they have cooled, bag them up in a cellophane bag or place in an airtight container. Adding a copy of the recipe would be a great touch too!
