  • 1 frozen pie crust
  • 1.5 lb cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • 1 sleeve of ritz crackers, crushed
  • 4 tbsp. Butter, melted
  • 1/2 tsp pepper

Preheat oven to 350 degrees and take pre-made frozen pie crust out of freezer to thaw.
Mix chicken, cream of chicken soup, chicken broth and pepper in a large bowl and pour into pie crust.
Mix ritz cracker and butter in a small bowl and sprinkle on top of chicken mixture.
Bake for 1 hour and let sit for 10 minutes before serving.
