What do you with the peppers? cut them into the beef? eat them as a side? toss? ????

I have a very similar recipe (makes 1/3 the amount). I love how it turns out. I like to keep the peppers but don’t like the work of cutting them up, so I pick up a jar of julienned pepperoncinis. Works out great and you can decide how many to keep in your shredded beef. This is a very good recipe.

Interesting that your recipe calls for them to be cut up; I wonder if that makes the recipe spicier?
