12 Sliders
40 min
I love using King’s Hawaiian Rolls to make different types of sliders! But these mini bacon cheeseburgers are definitely one of my favorites. Whether you make them for an appetizer or for a meal, they are delicious and completely satisfying. After cooking, you can add whatever toppings you would like, such as ketchup, mustard, pickles, tomatoes, etc. Since the Hawaiian rolls come with at least 12 in the pack and I’m typically only feeding two people, I like to split this recipe in half and make six sliders. But definitely use the full recipe if you are feeding multiple people!
Press ground beef into the shape of the sliders.
Bake for 20-25 minutes.
Top with cheese and bacon.
Bake for 8-10 minutes.
Enjoy!

Recipe details
Ingredients
- 12 pack of Kings Hawaiian rolls
- 1 1/2 lbs ground beef
- 1 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- Lawrys to taste (or whatever seasoning you like)
- 8 slices of cheese
- 8 slices of cooked bacon
- 2 Tbsp butter
- 1/2 tsp sesame seeds (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°.
- Mix together the ground beef, Worcestershire sauce, and Lawrys.
- Flatten the meat into a pan so it’s just a little wider than the Hawaiian rolls, because it will shrink a little as it cooks.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until no longer pink.
- Slice Hawaiian buns in half and place on a greased baking sheet.
- Put the sheet of cooked hamburger on the bottom buns.
- Top with cheese and bacon and then cover with the top buns.
- Melt the butter and mix in the sesame seeds.
- Brush melted butter on top of the buns.
- Bake for 8-10 minutes or until cheese is melted and buns are golden brown.
- Add whatever additional toppings you’d like before serving!

Why would you bake the ground beef for so long. Easier to make slider size burgers and cook them in a pan or on the grill. Now that they make briosch slider buns, I buy them instead of the Hawaiin buns.
Bacon & cheese, catsup (or ketchup) butter the buns and add some black pepper and your all set!
Yummm ! You must like your burgers very well done!
