  • 1 pack of pasta (500g)
  •  40 g butter
  • Clove of crushed garlic
  • 1 pack of fresh champignon mushrooms
  •  2 cooking cream containers 15% (250 ml)
  • 1/4 cup crumbled Parmesan cheese
  • Seasoning: 1/3 teaspoon salt, a pinch of black pepper, a little nutmeg
Instructions
Preparation:
Cook the pasta according to the instructions on the package. Transfer to a sieve, drizzle a little olive oil and stir. 
-At the same time, heat a pan with butter, add garlic and stir for about a minute. Add the mushrooms and cook for 5-6 minutes, until they excrete liquid and reduce.
-Add cream and parmesan cheese, mix well and season with salt and black pepper. Cook for 2-3 minutes until the sauce thickens slightly.
-Pour the sauce over the pasta and mix
