Personalised Healthy Porridge in 10 Minutes

As the days are getting colder, I find myself struggling to serve milk-cold cereal for breakfast. Getting out of the warm bed is hard enough. That's why I designed the warm personalised porridge.
How does it work?
I make plain oatmeal. I through 3 spoons of quick-oatmeal Quaker per person, with 1/2 a cup of water per person.
I let it boil and mix it.
After 2 minutes, when it starts to boil, I add 1/2 a cup of milk per person. Mix it until it boils again.
Once it boils, I add cinnamon, sugar (1 tbs per person) and a pinch of salt. Then I mix it a bit more, and it is ready. In the meantime, I set the table, and offer a variety of toppings and goodies to add to the oatmeal: copped banana, strawberries, dark chocolate, home-made peanut butter, tahini, dates, honey and more.
I serve 4 spoons per person in a bowl and personalised the topping according to request.

Ingredients
For the plain oatmeal
- 3 tbs of quick oatmeal per person
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 tps sugar per person
- 1 tbs of cinnamon
Toppings (optional)
- Banana
- Strawberries
- Peanut butter
- Honey
- Tahini
- Dark Chocolate
- date honey
Instructions
Make the Porridge
- Place 9 spoons of quick oatmeal in a bowl (for 3 people).
- Add 1+1/2 cup of water and let it boil.
- Add 1+1/2 cup of cold milk and let it boil again.
- Add Cinnamon and sugar
- Mix for 3 minutes non-stop
- Serve 4 spoons per person in a bowl and allow each member to add toppings according to their desire
