  • 1/2 Pound of Ground Beef
  • 1/2 Can of Fire Roasted Rotel
  • 1 Box of Mac & Cheese
  • 1/2 Cup of Milk
  • 1 Cup of Chicken Broth
  • 1 Tbsp of Cumin
  • 2 Tsp of Mexican Taco Seasoning
  • 1/2 Tsp of Chili Powder
  • Dollop of Sour Cream
  • Sliced Jalepeno

In a hot skillet, brown off your ground beef. Salt and pepper.
Once browned, add in the rotel and Mac & Cheese noodles.
Stir in the milk and chicken broth.
Cover and let simmer for 7 minutes.
Time to season! Add the cumin, taco seasoning, salt, pepper, and chili powder.
Add in the cheese packet and stir until combined. Add milk if it needs more liquid.
Serve topped with sour cream and a sliced jalapeno!
