Taco Chili Kraft Mac & Cheese
Recipe details
Ingredients
- 1/2 Pound of Ground Beef
- 1/2 Can of Fire Roasted Rotel
- 1 Box of Mac & Cheese
- 1/2 Cup of Milk
- 1 Cup of Chicken Broth
- 1 Tbsp of Cumin
- 2 Tsp of Mexican Taco Seasoning
- 1/2 Tsp of Chili Powder
- Dollop of Sour Cream
- Sliced Jalepeno
Instructions
- In a hot skillet, brown off your ground beef. Salt and pepper.
- Once browned, add in the rotel and Mac & Cheese noodles.
- Stir in the milk and chicken broth.
- Cover and let simmer for 7 minutes.
- Time to season! Add the cumin, taco seasoning, salt, pepper, and chili powder.
- Add in the cheese packet and stir until combined. Add milk if it needs more liquid.
- Serve topped with sour cream and a sliced jalapeno!
