Spicy Salmon Bites
I make Salmon on the weekly, but just for me because I'm the only one in my house who likes it, and that’s ok because it’s quick to make and easy to grab just a single serving at your local fish market or seafood counter in the market.
The color on these are beautiful, and only take 20 minutes in the oven.
This piece was just under a pound
Dice it into even cubes
Spray a piece of tin foil with avocado oil, you can also use olive oil if you like
Preheat oven to 425 degrees
Now for all the seasonings, I’m generous with them so feel free to reduce if you like. Starting with Smoked Paprika which is amazing on fish and chicken, I sprinkle on 1 & 1/2 Tbsp on the cubes
next up, Chili Lime, the name says it all, chili powder and a nice kick of tangy lime, again I sprinkle 1 & 1/2 Tbsp on the cubes
Bring on the heat! I’m conservative with this because you can always add more, I use 1/2 Tsp
Place in oven for 20 minutes, if you like your salmon cooked less firm, 15 minutes will be fine, but I prefer it on the firmer side.
Give it a quick squirt of lime juice right out of the oven and enjoy!
