This is the recipe I use. If Im making a big batch to freeze for later use , I freeze in ice cube trays, I don't add the cheese until Im using the frozen cubes. I drop a few in sauces, casserole, and soups. I mix expensive pine nuts with unsalted almonds. I have also done an herb pesto with equal amount of rosemary and thyme along with the basil.
