If you are a nacho lover like me (dare I say nacho connoisseur ) you must try this nacho recipe! It is sure to be a crowd pleaser and super easy to make. Inspired by one of my favourite local Mexican restaurants amazing street corn, these nachos are packed full of all things delicious.
I like to add seasonings to my taco chips in this recipe to really add another depth of flavour. The corn topping features tender vegetables and a tangy sauce that is oh so creamy. Top with chopped cilantro and pickled jalapenos for added flavour. Make these today! YUM!
