An original county fair treats to make at your very own convenience this is an all hands down favorite dessert. Getting that crunchy outer layer while the inside is warm and gooey while it's drizzled with chocolate& caramel glaze. Every child and Adult can enjoy this recipe no matter the age who's to judge your inner child's cravings. Stay tuned to get a glimpse of how I've come to make this fried Oreo creation. You'll no longer have to wait for your town fair to come along when it's available to you now. In no time you could be serving this dessert to any and everyone you know. Ingredients
Fried Oreos
  • 30 Doubled Stuffed Oreos
  • 1 cup of Aunt Jemima pancake mix
  • 1cup of water
  • 1/2tsp of vanilla extract
Toppings
  • Chocolate syrup
  • Smuckers caramel sundae syrup
  • 1/2 tbsp of granulated sugar
  • 1/2 tbsp of brown sugar
Instructions
Frying
Heat a deep fryer or dutch pot of oil to 375 degrees F
Whisk together Pancake mix, Water, and vanilla extract until lumps completely dissolve. Dip each Oreo into the batter one at a time then carefully place cookies in the hot oil. Fry for three minutes until light golden brown. Please note that only fry 4-5 cookies to avoid overcrowding the fryer. Drain on paper towels before serving.
Topping
Mix both granulated and brown sugar together and sprinkle on top of the fried Oreos while drizzling the chocolate and caramel syrups on top as well
Tips
  • If You don't want to use water substitute it for 1cup of milk
  • Brown sugar mixture can be substituted for powdered sugar
