These are the basic steps for making 4 ingredient cookies. Please refer to the recipe card below for more detailed instructions.
STEP 1: PREP
Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F. Cover a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone cookie mat.
STEP 2: DOUGH
Prepare the cookie mix according to the directions on the package. Wrap bowl with plastic wrap and chill in the fridge for at least 15 minutes.
STEP 3: BAKE
Take one tablespoon of the chilled cookie dough and flatten into disks. Place an Andes mint in the center and wrap the edges of the dough until the mint is completely covered. Place cookies 2 inches apart on the baking sheet. Bake for 7-9 minutes, or until the edges of the cookies turn golden brown.
STEP 4: DECORATE
While the cookies are cooling, melt the chocolate chips in the microwave, stirring every 15 seconds. Drizzle melted chocolate over the cooled cookies.

- ▢ 18 Andes mint candies, unwrapped
- ▢ 1/2 cup chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
- Place parchment paper on cookie sheet.
- Prepare cookie mix following the directions on the package. Wrap bowl in plastic wrap and chill dough for at least 15 minutes.
- Take one tablespoon of dough with a cookie scoop and flatten into a disk. Place the candy in the center and wrap the edges of the dough around the Andes candy until it's completely covered.
- Place cookies 2 inches apart on the baking sheet and bake for 7-9 minutes, or until cookies are set.
- Allow to cool for 2 minutes, then move to a cooling rack to finish cooling.
- Meanwhile, melt the chocolate chips in the microwave, making sure to stir every 15 seconds.
- Immediately drizzle melted chocolate over the cookies.
